Rescue training

A group of Adventist Medical Cadets from East Puerto Rico, are coached on advanced rescue training exercises held on the grounds of the Adventist Academy in San Juan, on Mar. 9, 2014.  The team was part of a 90 medical cadets who were being trained on first aid response, survival skills, rescue operations, on the eastern part of the island on the second Sunday of the month. The Adventist Church trains hundreds of Adventist young people every year to help coordinate during natural disasters and rescue operations with the Adventist Development and Relief Agency as well as the American Red Cross on the island and internationally.  Image by Libna Stevens/IAD
