The Seventh-day Adventist Church is set to seal its five-year comprehensive evangelistic initiative called Vision One Million during a three-hour live satellite program on April 4, 2015, from Port-of Spain, Trinidad.
Top church leaders will highlight the results of evangelism efforts driven by thousands of pastors and active church members across the Inter-American Division (IAD) territory during the last three months as well as intensive community outreach done in the English Caribbean region.

For the fifth consecutive year, teachers and students throughout schools of the North Caribbean Conference put away their academic activities in their classrooms on Mar. 6, to reflect on God’s blessings, pray, study the Bible and participate in a day of prayer for schools.
Education leaders at the North Caribbean Conference said that this year was historic because for the first time all the schools came together to share in the occasion through the software application Skype, where all the schools were able to share in the program while viewing the presentations of the other schools.

The number of Seventh-day Adventist churches destroyed by Tropical Cyclone Pam has risen from 18 to 53 as church leaders count the cost of the March 14 storm on the South Pacific island nation of Vanuatu.
In addition, multiple buildings were destroyed at six Adventist schools, and hundreds of church members lost their homes, including 20 pastors and 100 teachers.

Seventh-day Adventist Church administrators and teachers from across the Inter-American Division (IAD) publicly committed to continuing to strengthen Adventist education. They made that commitment during a special online education congress held in Miami, Florida, this weekend.
The event gathered more than 100 primary and secondary school teachers at the IAD headquarter office and hundreds more met in homes, schools and auditoriums across Inter-America for the eight-hour program.

The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Inter-America will hold an online evangelism summit for ministers across the territory, on Mar. 30-31, 2015. The live summit will be webcast from Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, in English, Spanish and French.
The summit will serve to strengthen the spirit of public evangelism among district pastors within the Division territory, organizers say.

Church leaders were challenged to prioritize mental health in their ministry as well as in their own lives during a week of spiritual emphasis held at Seventh-day Adventist World Headquarters. The week of prayer was led by Dr. Neil Nedley who spoke to employees in Silver Spring, Maryland.
During the four-day series, Nedley emphasized the integration of spiritual well-being with that of physical, mental and emotional health.

The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Inter-America held it’s second religious liberty congress in the city of Medellin, Colombia, Mar. 18-19, 2015.
The conference gave church leaders in the Inter-American Division (IAD) territory the opportunity to talk about the importance of strengthening relations between church and state, as well as reinforcing the presence of the International Religious Liberty Association (IRLA) across the region.
