Hundreds of graduating theology students across Seventh-day Adventist university campuses in Inter-America took time today to listen to top church leaders talk about the importance of their calling as ministers, their role and the realities of how the church moves and grows in the field.
The two-hour event, streamed live over the internet, was held from the Inter-American Division (IAD) headquarters in Miami, Florida, and was meant to let graduating students and those needing one more year to complete seminary know that they are not alone and they must cling to the Holy Spirit as they commit to serving God wholeheartedly.

Top Seventh-day Adventist leaders in the Inter-American Division (IAD) are interested in talking to hundreds of theology students and non-ordained ministers during special webcasts next week.
The online events will take place from the IAD headquarter office in Miami, Florida, on April 28 and April 29, at 10:30 a.m. Miami time through Inter-America’s webcast channel.

Top Seventh-day Adventist Church leaders sent a clear message to hundreds of thousands of Adventist students enrolled in public universities across the Inter-America Division (IAD) territory during a special live online program held on Apr. 11, 2015.
“Don’t give up. The church will not abandon you. God is with you and we care for you,” assured Pastor Israel Leito, president of the church in Inter-America, as he spoke from the IAD Headquarters, in Miami, Florida.

A new book on organizing the church for evangelism and discipleship of new members was released recently and aims to provide innovative insight into seeking, winning and conserving new members.
Pastor Balvin Braham, author of the Book A Practical Guide to Evangelism How to Win and Keep New Members, says this book is intended to strengthen soul-winning and conservation efforts within the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Seventh-day Adventist Church administrators and teachers from across the Inter-American Division (IAD) publicly committed to continuing to strengthen Adventist education. They made that commitment during a special online education congress held in Miami, Florida, this weekend.
The event gathered more than 100 primary and secondary school teachers at the IAD headquarter office and hundreds more met in homes, schools and auditoriums across Inter-America for the eight-hour program.

The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Inter-America will hold an online evangelism summit for ministers across the territory, on Mar. 30-31, 2015. The live summit will be webcast from Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, in English, Spanish and French.
The summit will serve to strengthen the spirit of public evangelism among district pastors within the Division territory, organizers say.
